Your Action Critical for Baby Personhood Vote

Dear Pro-Life Virginian,

I need your immediate help and some of your money if we are going to get a vote on the Person Hood of the Baby bill in the VA Senate.

The good news is that the House just passed Bob Marshall’s Person Hood of the Baby Bill, HB1.
The bad news is that it will probably die in the Senate Health committee unless you and I mobilize a title wave of phone calls and emails to Senator Mark Obenshain.
I just got off the phone with other pro-life leaders and we are agreed that we must act now to raise the money to motivate Senator Obenshain to be a leader for babies if the bill dies in the Senate Health Committee.
You see, Senator Obenshain has used the Senate rules to force recorded floor votes on other issues when bills have died in committee.
Without the courtesy and dignity of a full senate vote that babies deserve.we will not have a tool at election time to hold these politicians accountable like we held the traitor Dave Nutter accountable for sponsoring Life at Conception and then voting against it in 2007.
That’s right VFL has a long memory and Dave Nutter lost a senate race in 2011 after VFL educated Virginians on Mr. Nutters sell out to the abortion lobby.
You see, Senators hate to go on the record on controversial issues because they don’t want to end up like Dave Nutter. .
But Mark Obenshain wants your vote for attorney general in 2013 and that gives us an opportunity.
Senator Obenshain has forced full Senate floor votes on other issues but he has never done it for babies.
It’s time he became a leader for the babies whose arms and legs will be ripped off next next year by Baby Killing Inc, aka Planned Parenthood.
Please do three things:
First, please call Senator Obenshain at 804 698 7526 and tell him “if you want my vote for attorney general in 2013 please move to suspend the rules and discharge HB1 if it dies in committee.”
Or, cut copy and paste the following and email it to him at  district26@senate.virginia.gov
Dear Senator Obenshain
If you want my vote in 2013 for attorney general please be a leader for babies like you have on other issues.  Please move to suspend the rules and discharge HB 1 if it dies in committee.  Babies deserve the courtesy and dignity of a full Senate recorded vote for use at election time.
We must begin this ACTION now.
And that is why it is critical that you help me raise $15,000 dollars I need to place robo calls all over the state of Virginia to pro-life Virginians to call Mark Obenshain.
Please click DONATE and make a donation at our web site or write a check to VFL and mail it to PO Box 1620, Front Royal, VA, 22630 today.
PLEASE let me hear from you today.
For the Babies,
Kellie McHugh

Baby Pain Bill Stalls! Your Action Need!!!

Dear Friend of Babies,

Senator Mark Obenshain’s SB 637 stalled in committee on a 7 -7 tie vote because Senator Blevins abstained.

That’s right!

Senator Blevins could not even protect children after 20 weeks of life.

Obenshain’s bill makes it a felony to murder a child after 20 weeks in the womb based on the fact that the child experiences pain when killed.

Senator Obenshain is running for Attorney General in 2013 and needs your vote.

It is now time for him to be a leader not just a bill sponsor.

You and I need a full senate recorded floor vote.

We need all the senators on the record NOT just some of the senators.

The rules allow for Senator Obenshain to move to suspend the rules and discharge the bill to the full senate floor.

Call Senator Obenshain at 804 698 7526 or email him at district26@senate.virginia.gov

Tell him, “I am with Virginians for Life and if you want my vote for Attorney General please be a leader and move to suspend the rules and discharge SB 637 from Committee.

Babies lives depend on it.

For the babies,
Kellie McHugh
